Communicate and analyze with stakeholders to define clearly the business requirements

Translate business strategies into specific objectives/ scopes and roadmap

Define and prioritize product features and requirements in collaboration with business owners, product designer, technical leaders, development teams.

Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is properly refined and prioritized
-
Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain alignment between stakeholders on product direction. Communicate product vision, goals, and user stories to the development team (PM, BA, Engineering, QC,)

Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements, provide guidance, and make timely decisions
-
Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issue or obstacle that may impede product delivery
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Experience as a Product Owner or Product Analyst (3+ years of experience in product development with Computer Science, Engineering background is a plus)

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus
-
Stay up to date with state-of-the-art software development technologies, practices, and tools (experience in Data Platform or Big Data & AI is a plus)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for articulating complex concepts in simple terms.

Proactively engage with customers to empathize with their needs, validate problems, and collect valuable feedback.

Prioritize product backlog based on business goals and product roadmap using a data-driven approach.

Research, define, and create solid specifications of features for products to be developed by the Engineering Team.

Ensure that the product meets the needs of the customer by being detail-oriented and delivering a high-quality product.

Monitor product performance and use data to drive key product decisions.

Good track record of being a fast learner, solutions-oriented, and able to work within agreed-upon timelines
