- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirement.
- Analyze customer needs to come up with proper solutions.
- Consolidate business requirement using documentation such as SRS, URD.
- Collaborate with the development team during development phase.
- Document user manual guide and facilitate training sessions for end-user.
- Support end-user during UAT phase.
- Consolidate, categorize and process end-user’s feedback during UAT phase.
- Report working progress to direct manager/ department manager.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Essential
- Good at both individual and team work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation skills in terms of describe business requirement as well as present the product with the stakeholders.
- Good at eliciting, consolidating and analyzing information.
- Proficient in writing business requirement document such as SRS, URD.
- Good at using designing tool for mockup/wire-frame/prototype such as Visio, Balsamiq.
- Planning skills, analytical thinking & problem-solving skills.
Desirable
- Recruitment domain knowledge.
- Have experience with Agile methodology.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any subject (Marketing, Business Management or IT preferred).
- Have experience with software development life cycle.
- Familiar with Jira, Confluence.
