- Lead the solution teams to develop initiatives and analyze business/technical impacts to form the Data strategy and roadmap to transform clients into a data-driven enterprise
- Align the data initiatives and strategy with the overall Digital Transformation strategy and Business strategy.
- Meet the IT executives and other stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements enabling the design and build of scalable data architecture
- Guide the client to build the effective Data Governance Model and processes.
- Assess the client’s current systems, identify areas for improvement and build the target data architecture.
- Responsible for effectively managing projects, providing solutions design, and implementing and generating project results for their organization
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- A postgraduate degree (Master or Phd) in computer science, information technology, mathematics or a related field.
- 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years of experience in applying data solutions to solve real business problems
- Experience in designing data strategy as well as implementing projects in the data strategy roadmap.
- Experience in consulting and implementing projects to build and enhance data management processes in compliance with standards such as DAMA, DMBOK.
- Experience in using popular data analytics technologies such as Python, PySpark, TensorFlow, SQL, Airflow, Databricks, Hive, Taleau,...
- Experience in analytics models such as predictive modeling, customer segmentation, supply chain optimization, etc.
- Understanding of data security and data access controls aspects
- Professional certification in data architecture and data governance will be considered an asset
- Understanding on business domains/industries is a big advantage.
- A high level of oral and written communication skills in order to communicate effectively with executive managers, IT directors and other stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and both written and spoken
