- Advise and assist sub DX Leads in defining and rolling out their key DX programmes
- Build case studies around FPT's successful DX programmes to showcase to external clients
- Organise workshops on Digital Kaizen methodologies and knowledge-sharing between sub DX Leads
- Follow and audit DX programs from subsidiaries

- Proficient in business professional English
- Proven experience as business consultant or business analyst
- Experience in diverse business areas such as IT Delivery, Marketing, HR, Accounting etc.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Aptitude in creative problem-solving
