- Lead the solution teams to develop initiatives, IT strategy and roadmap to form the overall Digital Transformation strategy
- Together with Partner, responsible for develop lasting client relationships and build business success stories
- Collaborate in project planning and execution, as well as feedback collection after project deployment.
- Lead a group of professionals to achieve all company goals under strict deadlines.
- Manage client accounts, create strong business relationships, use tracking tools to measure progress and benefits provided to the clients, measure budget plans, and modify them according to their expectations.
- Responsible for delivering final client status reports and overseeing quality-control efforts
- Responsible for effectively managing projects, providing solutions design, and implementing and generating project results for their organization
- Be the escalation point for any unresolved issues that affect the delivery of the project
- Demonstrated leadership, managerial and collaboration capabilities, particularly with those who are not direct reports as may be found in a matrixed organization
