- Support senior analysts and consultants in preparing operational documents and other daily operations tasks.
- Record meeting minutes in internal meetings as well as meeting with clients.
- Support developing and preparing documents for meetings and projects with clients (Proposal, Business requirements, Market research, etc.).
- Translate document on demand.
- Support other professional activities.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Fresher, just graduated (less than 6 months) or about to graduate.
- Major in Computer Science/ Information Technology/Business Administration or equivalent is desirable.
- Fluent in English (both oral & written).
- Demonstrates academic excellence and ability to react quickly and creatively solve problems with critical thinking.
- Ability to research, analyze information and write document in a structured manner.
- Professional use of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently, responsibly, accurately with task assigned under high pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill in a highly efficient team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
- Be proactive, creative and positive attitude at work.
- Proficiency in UML, Design and Modelling tools is a plus.
