- Work in teams of consultants providing expertise in engineering and manufacturing, helping clients to achieve new performance highs
- Gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing recommendations for presentation to client management
- Understand key issues of the client’s manufacturing process and create a counter proposal for the client to improve their management and operation.
- Deliver and work as a project member and create key deliverables (e.g. Assessment documents, manufacturing process, business requirements, Fit & Gap analysis with a certain IT application,…)
- Drive change in system and network redesign, as well as improvements to the overall execution of large operations - thus the work will range from shop floor improvements to fundamental changes in work processes, and information and material flows.
- Make an important contribution to the analysis, design operating and production systems; to drive and support implementation of lean improvement activities on the shop floor and along the value stream (Example: to improve performance of manufacturing operations; to build and enhance quality systems; to build lean manufacturing capabilities in client organizations; and to optimize networks of manufacturing facilities)
- Maintaining corresponding roadmaps considering internal and external best practices and benchmarks, investment levels, process design, change management and KPIs required to optimize business value
- Understanding how to engage different stakeholders in setting goals and strategy. Plans targeted stakeholder communications
- Training internal teams to use digital technologies
- Building network with internal & external experts, suppliers & stakeholders
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- +10 years years of Management/Technology Consulting experience with a strong exposure to Manufacturing
- Experience with enterprise applications (ERP, PLM, MES, SCADA, Quality System, Business intelligence, etc.)
- Comprehend on how a manufacturing company operates, especially in relation to enterprise application functions, such as (Production Planning, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Automation,…)
- Deep understanding of Digital Manufacturing, Connected Products, Manufacturing IT/MoM systems, automation, digital transformation, performance improvement, operational restructuring and cost reduction
- Having knowledge in system-level lean transformation tools is plus, such as Kaizen methods, TPM, TQM, policy deployment, JIT, Kanban, SMED, 5S,…
- Ability to have high impact conversations with Manufacturing and Supply chain leaders and strong ability to contribute at the intersection of Technology and business
- Ability to manage customer relationships and open new opportunities
- Strong ability to contribute at the intersection of Technology and business
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill with high commitment to quality client service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to motivate and lead a team with enthusiasm, drive and effectiveness
