- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and user feedback, and translate them into design solutions that are intuitive, engaging, and effective
- Contribute to design critiques and brainstorming sessions to help generate new ideas and solutions

- Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software to create high-quality designs and prototypes.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge of business strategy, metrics, and how design decisions can impact business outcomes, and be able to align design goals with the product's business goals
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and coach junior designers
- Deep understanding of data and tech industry and market
