- Work with product team and FPT’s executives to set the long-term vision and strategy for the product.
- To communicate this strategy to all of the relevant participants and stakeholders.
- Has responsibilities to deliver product features and to manage from concept, to design, prototyping, validating, product development and support.
- Delivers operation plans: the achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit and return on investment for all the channels and customer categories of the product.
- Partner with marketing teams for implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning and implementation.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Engineering or business background with experience in internet product development, growth hacking and managing multi million users.
- Well understand the dynamics of Vietnamese Internet market and startups.
- Creative and ability to create new concepts and deliver the concept to product through multiple validation cycles.
- Experience of running lean startups or projects, familiar with SCRUM and product development life-cycle.
- Exceptional people skills, capable of engaging and leading multi-disciplinary teams of engineering, journalist and marketing.
