- Help drive technology infrastructure from “current state to future state” focus on Digital Transformation by evaluating client’s current system and proposing the new system which aligns with the client’s needs and DX strategy.
- Participate in workshops with Infrastructure and Application owners to map dependencies and help determine DX plans.
- Learn our process and assist with the creation of statements of work and support the sales process.
- Advise clients on potential risk, and manage client expectations.
- Continually improve the process and framework and update our DX solution.
- Actively participate in the IT communications & the infrastructure implementation.
- Provide proactive services to bring innovative to IT Service in many forms, such as apply new technologies to create a more efficient organization and improve alignment between technology initiatives and business goals.
- Understanding on OT in manufacturing industries is a big advantage.
- Good English communications skills, both oral and written
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Experience in Solution design for IT Infra (DC Consolidation Server / Virtualization / Containers / Storage / Networking / Private Cloud / SDN / Etc) and IT Infrastructure services
- Experience in Cloud infrastrcture services (Azure, AWS, Google)
- Experience in SAN/NAS administration and troubleshooting skills with storage systems such as Dell & EMC, … storage products
- Experience in Linux/Unix system
- Experience in backups system such as Netbackup, Veeam, HP Data Protector…
- Strong knowledge of Virtualization technologies: Hyper-V, VMware
- Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching
- Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
- International certified professionals will be preferred (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, MCSA, MCSE, VCP5-DCV, Linux Administrator, Azure, AWS certifications)
- A high level of oral and written communication skills in order to communicate effectively with senior managers, colleagues and other stakeholders.
- ITIL and ITSM knowledge and certifications desired.
- Experience in system analyzing, alternative solution proposing and improvement implementing.
- Having knowledge on system integration.
- Understanding on enterprise architect and data governance.
- - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
