- Contribute to the development of the Regional Master Plan for urban/rural development and other socio-economic sectors development
- Review reports, documents and other relevant materials related to the master plan development, provide analysis and suggest recommendations for advancing progress, alternatives to the proposed master plan and final reports of the plan.
- Follow-up and coordinate with the government authorities to ensure that the outputs of master plan are consistent with the regional vision and directions
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Post Graduate or graduate Degree in Urban and Regional Planning
- Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in overall planning and planning specific areas, urban development, urban management
- Networking experiences with state management agencies in charge of construction, investment and planning, architecture
- Participate in the development of real estate investment such as construction of new urban areas, tourist resorts, industrial parks, housing construction.
